"Halies" (Hippoglossus stenolepis) have a firm, dense, delicious white flesh. The fish sustainably harvested in the cold, clean waters of British Columbia and Alaska. The hook and line fishery is Marine Stewardship Council Certified and managed with an individual quota system; fully traceable from the harvest to the consumer. Halibut is OceanWise recommended. The fish can be deep fried, broiled, grilled or sautéed.
